Donald
founded D.C. STARKS MORTGAGE ASSOCIATES, INC. in 1984. His goal
was to provide the best service and quality that a mortgage company
could offer it's Commercial & Residential clients. Today the goal
remains the same and is constantly evaluated and strived for. In 1987
Mr. Starks was one of the original founders of the ILLINOIS ASSOCIATION
OF MORTGAGE BROKERS, INC., and he was elected as President and Director
in 1988. Donald was elected to the position of President-elect again
in October, 2000. In October, 2001, he was again elected President for
2001/2002 of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Bankers. He was a
founding Director of the Jolakee Chapter of Bank Administration Institute
and served as Chapter President in 1978 and 1979. He has been in the
Mortgage Industry for over 38 years and still finds it to be the most
rewarding challenge in his life and one of great satisfaction while
helping people to attain their dream to own a piece of Amenca.
